Certificate & Completion Support

If you have completed a course but cannot locate your Certificate of Completion, please contact support with your name and the course completed so we can assist. Certificates confirm training completion only and are intended for personal or employer records.

What We Can Help With

Our support team is available to assist with training access and platform-related issues, including help with logging in to your account, accessing your purchased course, resuming training progress, and completing course requirements. We can also assist with questions related to course completion status, accessing your Certificate of Completion, and resolving general technical issues related to the embedded training platform. Support inquiries are typically responded to within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays.

What We Cannot Provide

Please note that our support team cannot provide legal advice, regulatory interpretation, or compliance determinations. We are unable to advise on specific workplace policies, assess individual or organizational compliance status, or confirm whether completion of training meets regulatory or employer-specific requirements. All training is provided for educational purposes only, and responsibility for compliance implementation and enforcement remains with the individual or employer.

    All training is fully online and self-paced, allowing you to complete lessons and assessments at your convenience without scheduled sessions or live instructors.
  • What happens after I pass the course?

    Upon successful completion, you will receive a downloadable Certificate of Completion that documents your training, which you can save or print for your records.
  • Is this a government-issued certification?

    No. Our training provides Certificates of Completion only. It does not confer government, OSHA, or HHS certification, licensing, or credentialing.
  • How do I get support if I have questions?
